Chris is a Lead Engineer in the MSP Builder Engineering Team, responsible for customer support and product development.

Located in Auckland, New Zealand, Chris started using the Kaseya VSA in 2008, quickly attaining a mastery of the product and obtaining Kaseya Certified Administrator (KCA) status. He has written hundreds of Agent Procedures for auditing, deployment and removal of applications, and performing remediation tasks. He joined the MSP Builder team in May 2018 and quickly applied his knowledge to the support and enhancement of the RMM Suite.

Chris is well-known as "HardKnox" on the Kaseya Community Forums for his willingness to share ideas and provide support to other VSA users and continues to actively participate today.
