Glenn is a Managing Partner and the principal developer of the RMM Suite. With over 40 years in the IT field, he brings a detailed yet diverse set of skills to the organization. Over the past 4 decades, he has worked for IBM Field Engineering, managed two consulting and integration firms, and worked in an engineering capacity for major financial institutions including the Federal Reserve Bank and US Treasury.

An Adjunct Professor at Bergen Community College from the early-1990's until 2001, he delivered an array of technical courses, including many that he authored. This led to other training positions at Data Tech Institute, Chubb, and Berkeley College. Glenn continues to provide training services through MSP Builder's Professional Services offering.
